I'm headed to Connecticut!
I'm making today's post short and sweet because I have a train to catch - I'm headed to Connecticut for a commercial film shoot! I moved to New York more than ten years ago and I've never traveled to Connecticut in that time (or ever? I'm not sure!), so I'm super excited. We're shooting a romantic scene in the park. Can't wait to share it with you!
In other news, I'm happy to announce that I'll be joining Plays and Pizza - a short play series developed by Rose and Carmine Desena. The performances happen with script in hand, but it's not a cold reading because we get the material weeks ahead of time. I received my scripts yesterday and I'm SO freaking excited and grateful about the roles I've been offered (all four of them!). Also, I was introduced to Plays and Pizza by my "Griffith Park" co-star, Michael Gentile. I'm happy to be working in his company again!
I hope you can join us! Be sure to make a reservation and add the date to your calendar so you don't forget. Here are the details :)
Monday, June 18th at 7:30pm
Lucky Jacks Bar, 129 Orchard Street, NYC. Reservations are a must (people are often turned away at the door) $7.00 in advance.
Make your reservation here: https://www.paypal.me/PlaysandPizza
That's all for now! Till next time.
Kim
